Rusty leads Partnerships and Licensing engagements for Foster Moore.

Rusty brings 35 years of sales, marketing, business development and product management experience for global hardware and software companies. For the past 18 years, he has been leading new business efforts such as NextWindow’s desktop touch business that was adopted by Microsoft, HP, and Dell.

Rusty has a BS from Texas A&M University and a MBA from University of Texas.
