John heads up Foster Moore’s expansion in Europe and is responsible for introducing Foster Moore’s technology solutions and expertise in the region.

John has been instrumental in the development of the European Business Registry, the Companies Register in Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and many other jurisdictions across Europe. John has led, managed, and been involved in interoperability related research projects funded by the European Commission (EC) such as: BRITE (Business Registry Interoperability Throughout Europe); e-CODEX (e-Justice Communication via Online Data Exchange); e-SENS (Electronic Simple European Networked Services) and EBOCS (European Beneficial Ownership and Control Structures).

John has worked in North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. He is an entrepreneur, consultant, leader, and an experienced director with nearly three decades of history in the delivery of information technology to services industries and to governments globally.
